Privacy Policy

This launch-ready draft describes CredVerity's intended data handling and must be reviewed against the final production configuration before public release.

Information we process

We process account email addresses, uploaded CV files, profile URLs supplied by customers, payment status, generated reports, and limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the requested verification report, prevent abuse, support customers, comply with law, and improve service reliability. We do not sell uploaded CV information.

Storage and deletion

Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and are intended to be automatically deleted within 30 days after report completion. Abandoned unpaid uploads are intended to be deleted within 24 hours. Customers may request earlier deletion.

Service providers

CredVerity uses infrastructure and processing providers including Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, and OpenAI. Each provider processes limited information necessary for its role.
