Service description

CredVerity provides AI-assisted summaries of publicly available evidence relating to professional claims. Reports are informational, may contain errors or omissions, and are not official background checks.

Permitted use

You must have a lawful reason to submit a document and must not use the service to harass, discriminate, invade privacy, or make an automated consequential decision. You may not submit sensitive identity documents, medical records, criminal records, or financial account information.

No sole-basis decisions

A CredVerity report must not be the sole basis for hiring, termination, investment, credit, housing, insurance, admission, or another consequential decision. Material findings should be confirmed directly with the subject or authoritative source.

Payments and refunds

Payments purchase one verification run. If a technical failure prevents report generation, CredVerity may retry the analysis or issue a refund. Completed reports are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
